Environmentally Sustainable Building Practice

environmental1sustainability2environmental3sustainability1As one of the few firms in Saskatchewan that is a member of the Canada Green Building Council, Rajani Blaser Mannix is well positioned to work with our clients to build and operate sustainable, practical, ‘green’ buildings. Paul Blaser is now a LEED Acredited Professional, and incorporates the sustainable design pricipals wherever practical. Our firm is also key in the formation of a Saskatchewan Chapter of the Canada Green Building Council. The combined strength of the ‘green’ education, accreditation, and experience of our team will provide this project with a unique ability to attain practical, sustainable design solutions. We will identify environmental opportunities throughout the project that will help the building be more ‘eco-friendly’ without compromising the budget, schedule, or program requirements. We will prepare a design and construction process within the philosophy of the LEEDTM rating system.

Key to our Firm’s sustainable, practical ‘green’ building approach is the integration of all project team members to focus on sustainable solutions for each of the five environmental categories. Buildings are complex systems, and no portion of the design can operate independent of the others. ‘Green’ buildings require comprehensive design solutions so that the environmental advantages are effective, practical and realistic. Rajani Blaser Mannix can work diligently to incorporate integrated, practical, and environmentally sustainable solutions to various building projects. We will help the our clients realize the goal of reducing the impact of their buildings on the environment. We will design ‘green’ projects that invigorate the learning and productivity for all users.
