Richard has spent much of his career working with First Nations in the Province of Saskatchewan. His experience and personal contact with Leaders of various First Nations has provided him with a broad knowledge and respect for the processes valued by their culture and traditions. One of Richard’s proudest moments was being honored with receiving a Star Blanket from the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation (Pelican Narrows) for his work on their school project. Richard’s experience as a senior technologist allows him to balance the beauty of design with the realities of construction and he brings valuable insight to our team.

Richard will serve as the Technical Lead during the Assessments and also assist during the Bottom-Up process.
