Prior to joining RBM Architecture in 2015, Mr. Daniel Guenther was the Regional Manager for Derby Holdings Ltd. In Saskatchewan. During his 30 years with Derby, Daniel Guenther managed all aspects of the company’s portfolio in the province, including 2 retail shopping centres and a two storey office building, as well as the re-zoning for land acquisitions for development. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Daniel provided hands on management of the complete redevelopment of the company’s primary retail shopping centre, while maintaining shopping centre operations and retail trade. Over the course of his nearly three decades with the company, he was the Project Manager for the construction of CRU tenancies, including retail stores, restaurants and office space as the retail shopping centre and office properties evolved over time. His role included coordinating the projects with the various City departments, including Building Department, Zoning Department, Public Works, utilities, as well as the Mayor’s office. He coordinated and managed capital projects ranging from basic retail premises to large, complex Centre wide redevelopments and complex medical offices.
