Paul Blaser has carried environmental and LEAN responsibility forward in all realms of his architectural practice and believes in the power of community engagement to build spaces that meet the needs of the people. Paul has learned new ways of understanding the design process that seeks to bring the community vision from concept through to construction. Paul is also skilled at providing programming solutions for many clients, including Canada Post, Defense Construction, University of Saskatchewan, RCMP, SHA and First Nations communities. Paul understands that projects must be responsible and budget conscious which has driven him to bring the IDP and LEAN processes to the methodologies at RBM.

Paul will serve as Design Lead, responsible for overall team management and coordination and will be leading the Bottom-Up process.
